In terms of pricing and my services, you can rest easy. I have negotiated Agency rates whereby all of my expenses, outside of After Care are covered by the Medical Facilities you chose. They are paid to me as a set % of their quoted surgical fees to you – they are not added into your quotation. Of course if you seperately contract me to provide after care support, I will supply this to you at a cost per hour.
