This is the list of surgeons and clinics that I am recommending to you for your various considerations. They are all known to me, and I can attest to their meeting of all international standards and safety requirements. There are very many other clinics here ( over 100+ ) that list their services but I exclude because they do not meet my minimum standards required and I cannot guarantee their safe operations.
The waiting lists can vary and even then, you will have to be alert for cancellations, and each cancellation may present an opportunity to leapfrog the queue. You may also (depends on clinic policy) be able to swap places with others on the same queue. Please be aware of the danger of going to clinics that operate below these norms. Many of them will skimp on additional services that are in place to guarantee the clients safety, they often take on multiple occupations at surgery time to save on costs eg: Surgeon/Anaethesiologist. Whilst it is common to operate within the clinic rather than Hospital to save on Operating Room, Hospital Costs and ICU services.

This clinic, in partnership with Samitivej Hospital – Chonburi, perform the world famous ‘Non Penile Inversion SRS Technique’. Originally designed by Dr. Suporn, this practice is continued on by Dr. Bank and soon to be joined by one other.

This clinic was originally established by Dr. Preecha following his discovery and design of ‘Penile Inversion Surgery’ and of course later the ‘Penile Inversion with Scrotal Flap variation’. The two surgeons working for him also perform the Sigmoid Colon technique, also known as ‘Colono vaginoplasty’. Hence it is termed a Multidisciplinary clinic.
The type of Sigmoid Colon Vaginoplasty performed by these surgeons at PAI, is of an OPEN type and as such will necessitate surgical incisions just below the Bikini line. The CLOSED style of Sigmoid Colon Vaginoplasty is NOT performed at this clinic (it is sometimes termed LAPAROSCOPIC).

Doctor Chettawut performs sex reassignment surgery (SRS) in one step construction by using the non-penile inversion technique., as well as Laparoscopic SC, Open SC and PPV/PPT
His non penile inversion technique will provide gender reassignment surgical results that have the most correct anatomical appearance and physiological function.
For labiaplasty, Dr. Chettawut utilizes both penile and prepuce skin (a hood that covers the glans penis in non-circumcised patients or a part of skin between the neck of glans penis and the incisional scar in circumcised patients) to form the well-defined inner lip (inner labia or labia minora).
The constructed inner labia is normally pink in color and extends to the bottom of the vulva vestibule to become the posterior fourchette which is similar to the appearance of inner labia in biological women.
Dr. Chettawut creates a natural shape of vaginal opening in vertical orientation for the best realistic look and function.
He also performs both the Standard Open technique of Sigmoid Colon surgery and a more advanced Laparoscopic Sigmoid Colon surgery.
